For over two decades, Dr. Miriam Galindo has devoted herself to helping at-risk children and families. Dr. Miriam Galindo shares a private practice in Irvine, California with her husband, Dr. Jorge Galindo. Her primary focus is on counseling children and families in high-conflict divorce situations, and she is registered and credentialed as a child play therapist. She also provides reunification therapy and co-parenting services. Dr. Miriam Galindo regularly undertakes child custody evaluations as one of an approved panel of experts with Orange County Superior Court.

Dr. Galindo began her career as a certified nursing assistant working in a convalescent hospital setting and completed a master-level outpatient therapy internship with Family Services Association in Tustin, California. Subsequently serving as a therapist with the CSP, Inc., Child Abuse Prevention Program in Lake Forest, she provided outpatient treatment and assessment of Orange County Social Services-referred high-risk Juvenile/Dependency Court cases. A longtime member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Dr. Miriam Galindo is certified as a forensic social worker through the American College of Forensic Examiners.
